I am very thankful for budget raidiator. I have been taking my cars to them for over 10 years. I never have to worry about quality, or integraty, and their customer service is first rate.
I've been using Budget Automotive for the last 10 years. They have done amazing service! I have taken my Toyota Sienna , Saturn and Mazda for service. I have had everything from air-conditioning to radiator work to oil changes repaired by their technicians. Paul and Wendy run a wonderful business and are all about customer service. Like the title says, I have been a very loyal customer of Budget Automotive for over 20 years. Paul and Wendy are two of the best people I have ever met. Their prices are always fair and Paul always makes a point of explaining everything so you understand it. This is the only shop I will ever take a vehicle to.
Paul, Wendy, Bryan and Staff - Amazing customer service. They helped get us back on the road quickly and effectively. They quickly diagnosed the problem with our radiator and didn't charge us crazy fees. They were honest and fair and had incredible integrity. Great family business. It is worth it to drive the 45 minutes from our home to have such great service. The Thank You note they sent with us at the end was very classy... 5 stars for the over-the-top customer service. Highly recommended!
very friendly and upfront not bad on pricing but make sure you get quotes in writing. their time management sucks. they will say the job will be completed on monday and it takes them until thursday. otherwise great place

Ever since my 1st experienced with Budget Automotive I felt like we've known one another for years, I only known them about 2011. Paul & Wendy & their team had been great they treat you with respect, kindness & most important honesty. I truly believe they your car or truck like it was theirs. Since 2011 i have taken my car to them. I would and have recommend them everyone. I even went on Facebook and my friends about Budget Automotive. they are people.
