Poor customer service. I was charged $405.00. They were unable to fix the problem of a frozen sewer line. Plumber complained about being outside all day and told me he wanted to go home. Acted "put out" the entire time. He gave me an ultimatum of doing the work today. Said he would not be out tomorrow in a refusing tone of voice. I will never use this company again nor recommend them. *** experience.

I have used Buddy for 20 years now. He and his staff and plumbers are professional and get the job done with reasonable prices.
Returned from vacation and our entire house was "backed up"! Was referred to Buddy's by a friend since they work weekends. They were out within an hour and their techs were efficient and personable. Solved our problem quickly and at the minimum weekend charge! I cannot recommend them enough!
I recommend Buddy's Plumbing because I trust them to do the job efficiently and they are fast.
