Great customer service, Nick is great. Great for the price and the vegan pizza is uhmazing!
4:15 pm on a Sunday, and server tells me they stopped making spinach lasagne already. Huh?! It's barely dinner time, and no hint of that on the menu. Weird! Maybe she meant that they don't offer it anymore. Either way, bummed. My wife ordered a pizza. The crust was not as good as what we used to get from Buddy's. She was disappointed. I was happy with the food delivered but Buddy's arranged delivery by Uber who missed items on the order. I paid Buddy's for the order not Uber and I dislike 3rd party services based on a past experience. After the item was missed and I called Buddy's the person in Novi said she saw the item but that any adjustment or issue can only be addressed by Uber.
