HORRIBLE!!! Rather than manager ROBERT and agent JULIA communicating they refused to deliver my washer and dryer that was PAID for to get delivered. They will take your money THEN ask for verification that is extremely BACKWARDS! I would never EVER recommend someone renting from them all they want is your MONEY!!!
Doing business is always nerve racking when you are not sure about a company but after finding out about Buddy’s I must admit I’m very happy Robert was most professional and Julia was very helpful … I will shop with them again !!! Thanks for answering all questions!! And the delivery men top tier very courteous and helpful !!
The place on 250 Grayson highway is trash I used to work there we took furniture straight out of one appointment and moved it to the next we didn't even have to clean it that place is trash
