The team at buddy’s were phenomenal!!!! I walked in at 3 and had all my stuff by 6!!! A flight of stairs to the second floor didn’t stop them ! They set everything up perfect , 10/10 recommend ! Customer service skills 10/10 They really care about their customers! Chandler and joe need a raise !!!

My business started off the worst back in October 2024 when Anthony was the manager, I was lied to, didn’t get all the pieces, took 3 days to even get all the pieces to my sectional, prices changed, tried to double charge me, I even tried to get him to come get his stuff outta my house because I couldn’t use part of it because it was missing parts and was told repeatedly they would fix it. I would never do business with this location again. Joe is very rude and disrespectful and now I see why all the people have quit. I called another buddies at a different location to see if they could go pick up the sofa from the this location and they were perfectly fine with it. I notified Joe and he started yelling and being very rude. He told me I shouldn’t have done that and that I should have waited. But as a customer, why am I’m waiting for you to hire someone which can take weeks in order for me to get my sofa?

Joe was so rude very unprofessional. I will never do business with this store again. Bring Anthony back. For Joe to make the statement your people is the reason Buddy lost money. I would never again deal with this store. So unprofessional and childish.
