Do not do business with this company. I tried to call twice to give a payment and both times refused. The first time I called Gave me a payoff amount and I could not pay it all so I asked them to take half they refused and told me the amount they could take. I hung up because I kept repeating I could only pay half mind you in at payoff status at this point. Called back and said I need someone who would take my payment. They are easy to work with. They are the best in fantastic customer service with quality products. They have a great team of employees very friendly and helpful
Sandra is very nice and went above and beyond helping me throughout the last couple of days before I was actually able to make it into the store. She texted me photos and I made my choice,went in and did my paperwork. I will highly recommend her at Mac Sales & Leasing. What i also appreciate and love,is that i can pay via text with one of the cards on file in my account.
