Went through this company for an insurance claim. They installed vinyl flooring. They did install the floor but not correctly. We paid for the floor to be leveled and it was not done correctly. Our entire bottom floor is completely ruined and they wanted to blame us because of a slab leak. Since that would be a major concern for any home owner we got our home inspected and it came back negative. Nobody's "perfect" hence the 4 stars. My experience with them was pretty boring. My wife and I went in, couldn't decide which one we wanted, so Shane let us take a few samples home with us. We decided, scheduled the install, and they came and took care of business. I was still recovering from surgery, so the installers had to move furniture that I couldn't. I was VERY happy with Shane's service, attention to detail and the same could be said for the installers. I can and have recommended them to others.
Horrible experience. Would not use them again. Their communication among one another is horrible. We scheduled the job a month in advance around my wife’s work schedule so she wouldn’t have to take time off but due to their lack of communication among one another, they started later than scheduled, sent less people to do the job and cost her having to take two additional days off without pay. Buddys is THE BEST! We were in desperate need of new flooring and I couldn't have asked for better service ALL THE WAY AROUND!!! Our salesman Shane was THE BEST! The crew was AMAZING! WE COULD NOT BE HAPPIER!!! Alll the people are professional and GET THE JOB DONE!! Don't waste your time with anyone else.
