Nathan and Brandon were so knowledgeable and helpful. They got my 12 year old son all set with a replacement/next step trombone and showed him how to care for it. He is so excited to play his new trombone!
We’ve always had a pleasant experience with my son and his trombone needs when we visit. However, we came this past Saturday because my daughter was looking to pick up a 2nd intrusment. She came with a list of 3 instruments she wanted to try, and all she had minimal to no experience with. The 3 gentlemen working took their time to really help her get a feel for the instruments. Had a great experience! Called yesterday to ask about new/used trombones and they were very helpful over the phone. Took my son in today and the staff was knowledgeable and patient as my son tried out different models. The good news: he found his forever-trombone (a Yamaha / trigger) there and is so happy with it. Thank you!
We went in on a Tuesday evening and Liz gave us full attention til we’ll after closing time. Came back on Saturday to get the sax we had been looking at. They remembered us and took care of us so very well. If you’re looking for a new instrument, these guys are a pleasure to work with.
