Had the most excellent experience here today. Did not realize the quality we were missing out on, until today. The staff, customer service and equipment - top notch! The little bit of extra drive is WORTH IT, not to mention they deliver to the schools as well. 100\100 recommend!! 💛🎷🎶

5 stars. I was looking to find a straight neck for my Yamaha soprano saxophone 675 and I couldn't in Europe. So finally your ingredible Marketing Director Hayley Voorhees helped me to locate one in the US and was shipped to me here in Dublin Ireland with no delays. I received my package today and I'm so happy because this change in my instrument has brought my sound to a new level. So thank you very much and if I was living in the US trust me I will be buying only from you! So 5 stars are well deserved!
The “credit check” which wasn’t a credit check to rent a instrument I got denied. I didn’t give them a ID a social security number or anything just a address a credit card number. The lady who helped me went in the back and came out within minutes and said whoever the lady was in the back said no. I think it was more like she looks like she’s not going to pay so let’s not give it to her. After spending $1900 in a rent to own program for a French Horn, upgraded to a better horn & continued the rent to own to completion (total investment $4700), only to find out that the market value for the better horn is only $1300. They totally ripped us off.

When your child started on the French Horn in 2012, you rented a 3/4 student double horn on a month to month basis with full coverage against damage and repairs. You were paying a monthly fee for the use of the instrument with the option to return at any time.
