Had the most excellent experience here today. Did not realize the quality we were missing out on, until today. The staff, customer service and equipment - top notch! The little bit of extra drive is WORTH IT, not to mention they deliver to the schools as well. 100\100 recommend!! 💛🎷🎶

So finally your ingredible Marketing Director Hayley Voorhees helped me to locate one in the US and was shipped to me here in Dublin Ireland with no delays. I received my package today and I'm so happy because this change in my instrument has brought my sound to a new level. So thank you very much and if I was living in the US trust me I will be buying only from you! So 5 stars are well deserved!
The “credit check” which wasn’t a credit check to rent a instrument I got denied. I didn’t give them a ID a social security number or anything just a address a credit card number. The lady who helped me went in the back and came out within minutes and said whoever the lady was in the back said no. I think it was more like she looks like she’s not going to pay so let’s not give it to her. A few months ago, I started having issues with valves sticking on my French Horn. I took it into Buddy Rogers and was told that it was in need of repairs. The valves were sticking because there was a lot of gunk in the rotors. It also needed some new pads on the rotors and some soldering repair around the valves.
