We had an insurance claim and Buddy Allen did the work and all was well. Until we got our court summons about how we didn't pay them. But, We had never received a bill from them until their attorney sent us one. I am happy to pay our bill but they want 1.5 times what we owe now. If you use them be sure they give you a bill or you will end up in court. They do not seem to want to negotiate and I find it difficult to accept that instead of sending out bills they would rather send out court summons.

We live 2 hours outside of Nashville and needed carpet for our daughter’s condo. I looked at reviews for Buddy Allen and decided to call. Everyone was responsive and Angela was able to meet with us while we were in Nashville. She was so accommodating, met us at the condo and then took us to the showroom to see samples. I could not have asked for a better experience! Jud Allen came to my home and was informative, friendly, and just fun to talk with! He had a crew out within a week and everything was completed in the timeframe they said! We could not be happier! Amazing company! Our new carpet looks awesome!
We wanted the cushiest pad and a lesser cost carpet. Buddy Allen said, no problem. We gotcha covered! Mix and match and be happy. From purchase to install was two weeks and I am so happy to have new carpet in two bedrooms. Feels fresh and clean!
