I've been having my car serviced twice a year at Mazda for the past four years. I was quite happy with them, but each time, Mazda recommends "minor repairs" that significantly increase the bill. As I don't know anything about mechanics, I always get the extra work done, but I'm still very surprised that there are always additional repairs despite the regular servicing. I think this garage is pushing for unnecessary expenses. Furthermore, this time, the car wash wasn't offered free of charge and wasn't even done.
