I love the car and I trust BMW Budds Oakville as a dealership, which is the main reason I chose to buy from here. The product specialist Schalk was extremely helpful and honestly a 20 out of 10. He explained everything very clearly and made the experience great. My salesperson Lyly was also helpful and very kind, and bit I would have given her a 7 out of 10 as well, but I felt like some of my requests were not fully addressed. The dealership recommended the transfer case / differential fluid be replaced on my 2018 BMW 330. It's a pricey job but likely very important for longevity of the transmission (and it's a very expensive transmission).
