A great place of introduction to meditation. Doesn't cost a thing...only the time you decide to invest in learning to settle your mind. I love it!
Today the 4th of July, needed to redirect my energy and slow down with everything going on today and upcoming evening activities. Thank you for being there today, as I left with a sense of "less urgency", as I was feeling earlier in the day. I appreciated the lesson today and being able to meditate without music. There will not always be music when we need to center ourselves, and get focused on our breathing, and not the world......I love group meditation, as we are one bringing the energies together for the same goal...pea... read more
