Everyone has always been nice and friendly, but today I was very disappointed with their service! After two months of waiting for a spaying appointment with my cat, they canceled because I had a special discount certificate, and an employee made a mistake when setting up the appointment on the wrong day, seriously?! Who cares, you take days off for staying with your pet after surgery recovery. All they could say, just sorry...and reschedule the new app in two months. It wasn't professional to offer numbers to other clinics.S... read more

Our surgical schedule only allots for two certificates per week, and as the surgery schedule was set for this week, there were already two spots accounted for. We offered you the number to our sister location in Newton as they also accept the certificate and may have more availability. We understand your frustrations and were trying to come up with resolutions. Please let us know if there's anything further we can assist with.
Best vet I've ever been to!! They are extremely caring and friendly to the animals and the humans. They do everything to help where they can with your animals' needs. My dogs absolutely love going there when they have their appts.

Amazing veterinary practice! I’ve taken my animals here for the past 6 years & we love it! The entire staff are kind, caring, & personable. Dr. Horn has gone above & beyond for my dog Beau who has anxiety & renal issues. Since Covid hit he has taken the time to come out to the car to discuss what’s going with Beau in person. I’m sure he does this with all his patients. Also, the vaccines are free as well which is a huge plus!

We wish we had found Dr. Horn and Budd Lake Animal Hospital sooner. They are beyond understanding, helpful, informative and have the fastest and most incredible follow up. The entire staff has the best customer service. They really provide individual care for our 15 yr old, 8 yr old and 6 mo old dogs- we & our dogs have had trust issues and complications with past vet experiences but all of that anxiety has been relieved. Can't express more gratitude.

Even though because of Covid, I was unable to go in, the vet tech exhibited excellent care in taking Gere from the car and asking questions for His check-up. The vet then called me in my car before bringing Gere back out and discussed what was done and how Gere is doing in his overall health well-being. Payment was done before they brought Gere out and back to the car so when Gere arrived back to the.car it was so smooth. Kudos to excellent service and caring ways💕🤩

Budd Lake Animal Hospital have excellent doctors who give the upmost care to your pet. Staff is very courteous & knowledgeable & most assist the doctor. It’s like one big family there. ♥️
