Dishonest PRE!
Dr. Budd tears families up and does not do his job. He has been doing this for 20+ years and should be stopped.
Do a search for “characteristics of a malignant narcissist” before you go. The classic person who enjoys ripping the wings off of butterflies.

Psychological fitness for duty (PFFD) evaluations are a means for assessing extraordinary situations in the work setting in which an employer has significant concerns about the psychological fitness of an employee. Nobody needs a assessment more than Dr Budd. His CV is impressive however clearly his decision making and competency should be a concern to the State of Colorado after so many complaints made to DORA regarding Budd. Our judge did not go with his recommendations due to them being more harmful to the kids. I hired multiple experts that all agreed he used confirmation bias.
I was initially extremely skeptical with the PRE process as a whole. When the other side's attorney suggested Dr Budd, I read the reviews and was frankly disturbed. However, once the judge appointed him, I took the advice of a trusted professional and looked up every other PRE I had heard of. Like virtually everyone here, I had a terrible experience with Dr. Budd. If anyone wishes to take action against Dr. Budd, I ask that you contact me at chrismw12345@gmail.com. Dr. Budd, consistent with his other reviews, did nothing that was consistent with scientific practice. I observed he created a narrative, then set about fixing the facts around it. Dr.Budd did an evaluation of my family when I was a child. Now that I have grown up and seen the impacts that his evaluation had on my parents and myself I wonder how this man sleeps at night. Dr.Budd takes money from the highest bidder instead of doing what is best for the child. MY PARENTS USED DR.BUDD ~10 YEARS AGO NOW but his evaluation caused me so many problems as a child and throughout my life I am writing this to urge parents to not use this man to avoid causing their children unnecessary harm.
