The quality of service provided in the aftermath of the recent car repair was notably disappointing. It appears that the standards for returning vehicles in a clean condition are lacking. For instance, I noticed scratches on my window from the accident, and the over-spray left unaddressed obstructs my view. This is not the first instance where over-spray has been overlooked. I have shared my experience thru numerous questions. This is how you don’t share a true rating? ……. by saying “No Response!” . Had an appt to purchase car. They made me wait over 2 hours to make the purchase. Had I not put money down would have walked !!! Salesman's no knowledge about basic operation of car. This dealership no different than any other!
