Called to get an car inspected and was told AAAmembers get a 10% discount but when went to pick up the car I was charged a different price. I was totally embarrassed at the service counter when I questioned it. I would think someone would call to verify the the new price. I left feeling that maybe I wont be back.
Everyone was very nice and professional.
Worked out details of this deal via emails as I live out of town. When I got to the dealership, everybody was super friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely made the right decision dealing with Budd Baer!
