Awful! Was told would repair our washing machine in a couple of days. Here it is a month later and all we have is a lengthy list of excuses. What repair shop can't find a part in a month? Budd Matthew's apparently. So if you dont want your appliance fixed, lack ability to wash clothes and excuses why they can't find a part in the entire world in a month, theyre your company.
