A few years ago we used Bud Matthews to replace my heat pump. Given the odd nature of my house they recommended a $9000 one that was supposed to be “more than was needed “ but ever since then the air conditioning hasn’t worked in temperatures over about 85 degrees. To this company’s credit they came by many times in response but the only solution they offered was to charge $4000 for additional services. Thought I’d left my wedding ring in my jeans pocket and then washed the jeans. Ben was great finding a way to open the washer drain in a very tight space. Unfortunately no ring, but excellent customer service. Always happy when we use Bud Matthews.
