I've run into this guy in public several times. Twice here in Amarillo and once in an airport in Dallas. Each time, he has been berating some poor worker at their job. Just really letting into them as though they were pieces of scum under his boot and insulting them as well. Don't know about how he treats his customers, probably well since they are his income.
