I will always take my super duty to Bud Cross Ford for service! Their service department is fantastic getting things done in a timely fashion with no run around!
I'm glad they could get our truck in after it broke down, however, we bought the platinum package with extended warranty through ford when we bought the truck which covers bumper to bumper including a loaner car BUT they said it was not THEIR policy to provide a car while our truck was being fixed. They do not honor what they sell! When we picked up the truck, there were grease fingerprints all over the leather interior and on the steering wheel. Been buying with them for over 20 years, always very happy with the service and family feel. They are just awesome.
Thank you to Danny in the service department for diagnosing the problem with my Ford motorhome and helping to get me back on the road. It was so nice that they made a stranger from out of town feel like part of their family. If I were in the market for a new vehicle or needed service again, I would certainly recommend this dealership.
