The service department lies and informs customers. The mechanics are clueless. Incident #1 - had low oil pressure 0-10 psi, I was told by service tech my engine needed rebuilt wrote up an estimate for $ 15,000 wouldn’t know what was wrong until they tore into it. Took vehicle somewhere else problem oil pressure sending sensor haven’t had a problem since. Incident #2 - brake pedal sensor switch. Bought our family a New 2021 Subaru Ascent. During the purchase it took some time (due to the bank being so backed up) overall my wife and I had a wonderful experience. Most recently, we used their services to get an oil change. All points were inspected during oil change and it even got a wash!.This its our first new vehical purchase and maybe these services are normal with new cars but from sales to services we are blown away.Thank you to all the staff
