I scheduled an appointment for a software update. My check engine light was on and the vehicle would tell me I needed an update whenever I started it. I got the code read at NAPA and they stated it was the software update throwing the error code. Upon checking into the dealership for my appointment, the customer service guy laughed that I had the code read and said they would do their own diagnostics. I went to Bud Clary knowing the car that I was interested in and Ron knew every detail about the car, inside and out. There was no question left unanswered. I would recommend Ron to anyone!
