Had an oil change yesterday, but they didn't mention any "deals" in process. I've been with them for 11 years and haven't felt "loved " or received any great deals.
The people are always nice and the technician brought some things up that needed to be changed. Am dissatisfied with what I have learned about the rotors as they overheat and need changing more often than my previous Odysseys.
The so called sales manager, Justin Ryan Schindler, is a joke. He spends his free time insulting others on social media. So unprofessional.
I had to get a recalled airbag repaired. They were very nice setting up the appointment and when I showed up, they insisted we get a ride down to shop instead of walking. They also quickly took care of a small key issue I had at no cost. I was very happy with their service dept.
