Horrible customer service. Called and waited for 10 minutes before reaching someone to ask a simple question, that's fine they may be busy but then they hang up on me in the waiting process for my question to be answered. I call back and wait again another 12 minutes to get a machine to leave a message. Leave a detailed message of what I asked the first time for a machine to call me back the next day saying please call back. If this is Bud Clary's version of customer service then it's a easy call to go somewhere else.
Never been there but if they sell yellow cameroes then it’s five stars
Horrible, poor communication, poor customer service. Had an appointment in the morning and car was there for 8 hours before they decided to contact me (after i left 2 messages). they said they were “too busy” and would need to fix it the next day. Apparently they weren’t too busy to text me a picture of my car in the garage with the readings of my tires to inquire whether i wanted a tire rotation - at 8 am.
