I am filing a formal complaint/review against Bud Clary ************************ for negligence in repairing my ***** CX-5, resulting in significant damage and financial hardship. After bringing my car in for additional repairs, Bud Clary took it to a car wash without my authorization, violating the repair agreement. Worst customer service ever. I bought a car from them 4 weeks ago. In the contract they are supposed to fix a part on my dash that was missing. They told me they would call in 2 weeks to schedule. We are now on week 4 and Ive called multiple times and no one answers the phone. When I leave messages, no one calls back. Ive tried texting the manager and the salesman that sold me the car and again zero response. I completely regret ever going here.

This by far was a great experience for me. I did not feel any pressure or like I wasn’t getting a good deal.

Worst experience I've ever had. I highly recommend anyone who needs service to go anywhere else. I took my truck in with a check engine light. They told me it was the fan clutch, but they were unable to locate a replacement. They charged me $380 to diagnose this. I mentioned that was high when I went to pick it up. He said they thoroughly inspected the vehicle and tested the fan clutch, and it was bad, everything was okay.I drive it home, look in the engine bay to see how bad it would be to replace the part myself and the fa... read more
