On July 3rd of this year one of my teeth broke off. I called the office and the staff were able to get me in that evening. Dr. Linn did not want me to go the holiday weekend in pain. He was able to pull the tooth. Dr. Lin is great! Had an issue with my daughter while they are closed for covid. He got right back to us to address the issue and gave us a step by step to help. 👍🏻👍🏻
Friendly and fast service and kind and no run around up front about everything and talks you through every discomfort you are feeling.
I don’t know where to start a 20 start review. I have had an extreme fear of going to a dental appointment and had the same fear today. However. The team at Bucyrus Dental is TOP NOTCH. Dr. Lin was there for me the entire appt. He talked calm and softly and walked me thru the whole thing. I had no intention on going thru with getting any work done today and walked out with a better smile. I will be going back with no fear the next time. Thank you so much Dr. Lin AND team!! ♥️♥️♥️
About a year and a half ago my childhood dentist retired, thats when the search for a new dentist begun... Bucyrus dental changed my whole outlook on dentistry! The staff is phenomenal. I called in the morning (as a new patient) and within an hour, I had an appointment scheduled, THE SAME DAY! That alone spoke volume to me. Everyone is so nice & knowledgeable. Dr Lin is great at explaining every little detail so you known what to expect. They are not judgmental or degrading, in fact, they are very understanding and encouraging. This was the first time I've been to a dentist office like that. They are top notch. Highly recommend!
