I have gone to this buckys for over 15 years. Other the last 15 months, I have had over $6K in various repairs and maintenance. Generally they have done a good job. However, I am never going back after my last experience. Needed to fix a leak and replace water pump. This work was completed on a SAT, but TUE the tensioner pulley just failed. Very fast and affordable . I do recommend Buckys in FW to work on your vehicle . Dean at the front desk was very professional . And mechanics did a great job
Don't go to Bucky's unless you want to be charged double for parts and way too much for labor. They try to tell you what will happen to your car if you leave. All I needed was a thermostat. they wanted to sell me the whole cooling system, radiator and all!!! The draw is that you can sign a 90 day same as cash. It's NOT worth it. They wanted to charge me $1,200 for maybe a $300 or $400 job. BOGUS
Stay as far away from this place as possible. If I could leave 0 stars I would. Let us start with I paid over $1000.00 to have a timing belt and water pump replaced. I also requested a waiver for emissions for which I paid $150.00. The car was driven a half mile up the street and is completely leaking all the power steering fluid and inoperable. I'm told by Doug, Well It was bone dry when it left here don't know why but now the rack and pinions need to be replaced...Another $1000.00.....Really on a car that's not worth $3000... read more
