Short version: they take your money, do poor quality work and then refuse to honor the warranty. I took my son's car there last week. The water pump had gone out. In his car this was a fairly complicated job that required a lot of labor to get to. I paid in full for Bucky's in Federal Way to replace the water pump. Took advantage of my out of state daughter and overcharged for a full tune up that was not required for the repair. In addition three months later the car has the same issue due to cheap replacement parts which needs repaired again. They are overpriced, they oversell and more importantly, are not trustworthy. Best to take your car somewhere else for repairs.
This is my story happened on Oct. 4th, 2022. ~~ Please don't remove it!! I was cheated there by manager Dana. If I spoke well I wouldn't be cheated. Made a good choice in Bucky's they got me in even though they were swamped fixed my coolant leak fair price honest front desk guy was a great guy explained the work will go back highly recommend
I have been going to the Lynnwood Bucky's for several year and these guys never disappoint! They work hard and they are always nice no matter how busy they are and they are busy BUT they always treat you like you are important! I cannot say enough about these guys except.. THANK YOU!
I took my Vehicle to the Lynwood location due to a Noice in the axle all they did was brake work which i nor sure it needed charge me $1038.00 the Noice still there took it back and the guy had an attitude instead of checking my car he sent one guy with me to drive around obviously the Noice comes and goes. i was kind of desperado because of my trip i couldn't wait for my mechanic Buckys took me right away now I know why not good mechanics think twice before you take your car there you will end up with new brakes even if you... read more
This location have charge me for a service not performed and stole property to be done in an oil change that wasn't performed. Even with Better Business Bureau complain, refuse confensation lost by customer. Even with proof of dash cam recording of the incident. Pathetic!
Ex-customer of Buckys in Sprague & 6th, Considering simple oil service fee was agreed. They did not realize dash cam was rolling while in their shop, not only oil change wasn't done, stole items to be put be put into the vehicle that includes the oil change. Refuse to refund anything back to the customer, even Better Business Bureau.
Auto shop charge customer but do not perform service
