As a facility manager, I have dealt with quite a few repair services in the Upstate. HVAC repairs can be costly, and there are many bad actors out there who will fix things that aren't broken and run up their bill any way they can (Buckshot's owner, Mike, even discusses in the "About Us" section of their website that one of the reasons he got into this line of work was due to his own difficulty in finding an honest and reliable contractor). Always quick to respond when we need them!
Heat pump compressor went out while our house was under contract. They were able to work us in their schedule quickly and provided multiple options for new units. The installer left our house as good as he found it (we could barely tell he had been there) and did not destroy my yard. Everyone there has been a pleasure to work with. Would definitely recommend this company.
We had to have 2 HvAC units replaced because a thief damaged the units to steal the copper coils. Buckshot was wonderful to work with especially in dealing with the insurance company claims adjuster.
