They came finished 90 % off work and they ask to get pay, they got paid and promised that they coming back the next week but they never came and it’s been more then 6 months and no one responds back on the phone and text . Very disappointing on John .
they came to see my job of replacing roofing panels. i gave him 200 dollars, and after that I did not hear from him. Eventually I got to him and he said he could not find the panels. It is now 4 months later. I have been texting and calling him to refund my deposit. He totally ignores me! Beware before giving any deposits!
I'm surprised of the reviews that this company got so I think it is their friends or relatives because I hired this company to do my laundromat and it is the worst job ever with more leaks and a lot of damage just one week after the job is done, I have pictures and videos and I asked Aden , the owner and he did nothing only promises but now I'm going to see him in court soon, be smart and hire another company and don't just read the reviews that it looks not true. Thx
Had a huge problem with the estimate. The project was suppose to be 22k to tear off the roof and gutters. We agreed on the price. On the day of contruction everything was going well when then they was charging me 10k more when they already tear the roof and wouldnt finish if i agreed. I was forced to pay 8k more and they and eliminated my warrenty for not paying 2k.
"I paid James from Fix-A-Roof $100 for an estimate to fix a roof leak at my building. When I asked for it 2 days later he got an attitude with me and said he'd have it for me that night. I called him the day after and he said he'd have it for me later on. He never wrote the estimate. He was also unprofessional during his visit, telling me a weird story about his weed dealer. Don't trust this ""company."" I'm pretty sure its just James, as the number for the company is also his cell number."
