BEWARE! We have been customers for over 8 years and enjoyed the excellent service. HOWEVER, in 2019 OSI charged our credit card for the full summer of services and then closed up shop. There is no one answering the phone, the voice mailbox is turned off, there are no trucks at their shop, their doors are locked and boxes packed up inside. We feel robbed. I contacted the Rochester Chamber of Commerce and the CofC indicated that OSI has lapsed in their membership. I called the BBB and they have other complaints on non-service ... read more
