Exceptional Service! I just signed a lease at Bucks Crossing and I'm beyond impressed with the service I received. Stephen, the new regional manager, was absolutely fantastic. He's knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely cares about his residents. The leasing process was smooth and efficient, and Stephen kept me informed every step of the way. He's clearly passionate about the community and is dedicated to making sure residents have an amazing experience. I'd give them ten stars if I could!
Lived here for 6 years. See the review under kenswoodholiday. Ontop of everything he said, rent just went up another 300$ with this new Managment. All they did was put in airplane toilets and new washer and dryers. Attempted to “fix” this place up and just trashed it. It’s dirty. I’ve had mice and cockroaches the whole time ive lived here. I can’t leave fast enough. Finally getting out of here! For this now price of 1325 you can find a much better place, easy. I tend to ignore negative reviews, and keep an open mind. I scheduled an appointment for a tour, got there a little early and no one was there. Called several times, no answer. Waited for about a half hour before leaving. The prices listed are lies as well. Only saw the outside, and it's pretty trashy. If you're thinking "screw it, doesn't hurt to look" don't waste your time. I left work to get a tour, and was very disappointed
