Lived here for 6 years. See the review under kenswoodholiday. Ontop of everything he said, rent just went up another 300$ with this new Managment. All they did was put in airplane toilets and new washer and dryers. Attempted to “fix” this place up and just trashed it. It’s dirty. I’ve had mice and cockroaches the whole time ive lived here. I tend to ignore negative reviews, and keep an open mind. I scheduled an appointment for a tour, got there a little early and no one was there. Called several times, no answer. Waited for about a half hour before leaving. The prices listed are lies as well. Only saw the outside, and it's pretty trashy. If you're thinking "screw it, doesn't hurt to look" don't waste your time. I left work to get a tour, and was very disappointed
Infested with mice & roaches. Worst Apartment complex and management I have ever encountered. Currently live here going on 3 1/2 years due to cost, rent is 960$ for 1 bd apartment and rising. Management & maintenance ignores every issue and are impossible to contact. Recently had a break in to our vehicles, reported immediately and unable to obtain CCTV footage because "They're too busy" it's been over a week.
