Great service! Josh answered my call while on vacation and sent Tim out that night to go over the full explanation of exterminating for termites. Tim and Bill came out Sunday morning to do the treatment. They were polite and efficient and completed the treatment within hours.
Hands down the best ever! I had mice in my house of course while the husband was deployed! Josh came out the next day and was very polite and explained all of my options on getting rid of them. Best service and great prices!
Excellent service!! Josh is extremely knowledgeable and informative. He knew exactly what to do to take care of our issues. He answers your calls and is very professional. Such a great experience! Having just moved to the area, and sensing that the "name brand" pest control companies were quoting us a ridiculous price, I asked around and Josh was mentioned by multiple people immediately. He quoted me a price over the phone and, even though the job ended up being a bit more involved that he anticipated, he honored that quote and took care of everything within a matter of days. Just goes to show you that small businesses are the way to go!
I can not even begin to express my gratitude to Josh for all he has done. Answers the phone, answers any questions. I have never met someone as dedicated to their cause as he is. He treated my home like it was his. Thank you!!
