RecommendedDr. Helstrom is so smart and speaks to you like a real person. She takes her time with you and really listens. I’ve struggled with migraines and anxiety for years and now feel like I’m on the road to feeling well! Highly recommend!!
RecommendedDr. Helstrom is a breathe of fresh air. My first appt was so detailed and patient focused. She looks at the person as a whole and wants to get to the source of any points of illness. Her office is beautiful, her staff is friendly and she provides so many resources beyond integrative medicine. Dr. Holstrom was just the thing I needed at a point of desperation.
Dr. Julia Helstrom provides excellent care! She is also insightful, compassionate and enjoyable to be around. I highly recommend her services. The osteopathic treatments (and wisdom) I have received from her over the years have been very, very helpful.
