I recently visited your shop in search of a new bike. My husband and I waited patiently as your one employee on the sales floor was helping a customer. We were never aknowledged by him, nor asked if we needed further help or told he'd be with us shortly. After over a half hour of waiting for help we left. I get beyond exemplary service every time I stop in. Shaun and Josh have been the biggest help getting me comfortable on my bike, so I can continue clocking more and more miles.
We have had several bikes serviced here and every single employee has always been very courteous over the years, without fail. Also, so knowledgeable...they will never steer you wrong. They've helped us countless times. I brought in my old 69 Stingray for service and they even put a "Be extra nice to me" tag on the handlebars... and it rode like new when I got it back. We've sent many people to Buck's and will continue to do so. Thank you for providing personal, knowledgeable, and honest service, Bucks.
