Extremely rude! Went in today to purchase new tires and tubes for my sons bicycle. Brought the rims so they could put them on for me. The employee was extremely rude as soon as we walked in. He acted like we were a bother, there was only one other customer. He picked apart the shape of my sons rims and said "I can only imagine what the bike looks like" I had cash in hand however he stated that he wouldn't do it. I really don't think he wanted my business in general. I would never go here again and do not recommend this place... read more

Just had the shifters and pedals replaced on my 25 year old giant. It’s like a brand new bike. Perfectly set up, well done.
Brought them my Cannondale Synapse for a "tune up" and to fix the creaking which I thought was coming from the bottom bracket. 135 dollars later I got a bike back with new bar tape and a new chain and was told he couldn't get the crank arm off without the proprietary tool. The bike was dirty, brakes were not adjusted to center, deraillures were not adjusted properly (hoping chain and wouldn't go into all gears), and after I bought a tool off their wall I took it apart myself. found the noise was coming from headset and freew... read more
I tried to support local business but the service that was paid for was not completed and then Roger wanted to make excuses and argue instead of correcting the situation... we could have been customers for a long time but won't come back now.
My husband and I bought two new bikes a few days ago. We took them for a 24 mile ride today.....they are awesome!! The staff at Buck’s were very helpful and knowledgeable. It was such a great experience we went back today and bought one for our daughter! Thank you so much for your expertise and advice! See you soon for a tune up!
Best first bike buying experience ever. Josh was super informative, helpful and patient. I went in to get something comfortable to ride around town in with my toddler in a trailer behind me. Love this place. I'll be back for more accessories. Five stars!
