**UPDATE**I have now been living here almost 4 years and actually moved from a 2 to a 3 bedroom. I'm still pleased, although the office management has changed. The previous management was just a bit friendlier, family oriented and worked with you if you had a "situation"(as long as you communicated). This new management is colder and definitely not the same. I do wish they would put up privacy fences on your back patio and have assigned parking, other than that, I have no complaints. We have had a great experience here! The new management team is amazing and quick to remedy any issues we have. They also hosted a movie and snacks for the kids that was fun!
I moved here in Oct 2022, I actually loved my townhome, neighbors were okay. I loved how the Property kept up with Pest Control even when you didn't have them come in the home. That was a major plus for me. They kept the property clean. I did have issues with finding parking in my area, which was dissapointing because we pay so much to have to almost fight for a parking spot. Towing, major thumbs down, you call them to come tow a car that does not have a decal and they never come. I addressed this concern with the leasing of... read more
