I lived here for 5 years! I wish i could move back, but it is time for me to leave hampton! Felisha was AMAZING i loved her! The neighborhood is not bad at all very quiet over the 5 years barley anything happened but your random domestics! Only thing bad happened is BAD water leak and the celing came down in the bedroom WHICH WAS A BAD THING lol but i will say they came over ASAP gutted the room and cut me a check for all my belongings that had to be tossed AND moved me to an new unit within a month time frame. THE OFFICE TESM IS AMAZING!
**UPDATE**I have now been living here almost 4 years and actually moved from a 2 to a 3 bedroom. I'm still pleased, although the office management has changed. The previous management was just a bit friendlier, family oriented and worked with you if you had a "situation"(as long as you communicated). This new management is colder and definitely not the same. I do wish they would put up privacy fences on your back patio and have assigned parking, other than that, I have no complaints.
