The flaws are mostly beyong the control of the management and aren't in the way of the beauty and comfort I feel here. My family has everything we need here, except we could use a little more space. But for a family of 6 (4 kids, 2 adults) we are happy, comfortable and loving it! Back up to trees, near the park for the kids, near the bus stop for the kids school. The clubhouse is nice too! It will soon be 5 wonderful living in this community. The management here from maintenance to office staff had always provided outstanding customer service. The grounds stay green all summer long and the beach is right up the road. What more could you ask for!
I worked with leasing agent Trevais who gave me the utmost patience and positive attitude while moving me in. I lived here for about 1.5 years. The area is quiet and I always felt safe. You cannot beat the rent for the amount of space you have. I renewed my lease once and it only went up about $50, I only moved due to work commitments. It's a decent complex to live in however not without its drawbacks like any other place to live in for starters yes it is a good location near a bus stop for everything there aren't really any infestation issues like a lot of the reviews say and it does seem like since I saw the video on the Instagram they are taking security more seriously which was a definite need now for the drawbacks and there are a lot to say maintenance has really fallen behind a lot I have had more issues on my unit in the last year than I can count o... read more
