Don’t let decent rent fool you!!! I’m pretty sure I will not be renewing my lease here. I’ve been staying here for about 2 months now and it has been one thing after another. It first started with a huge bug infestation in the kitchen after they claimed the unit was treated. The flaws are mostly beyong the control of the management and aren't in the way of the beauty and comfort I feel here. My family has everything we need here, except we could use a little more space. But for a family of 6 (4 kids, 2 adults) we are happy, comfortable and loving it! Back up to trees, near the park for the kids, near the bus stop for the kids school. The clubhouse is nice too! It will soon be 5 wonderful living in this community. The management here from maintenance to office staff had always provided outstanding customer service. The grounds stay green all summer long and the beach is right up the road. What more could you ask for!
I worked with leasing agent Trevais who gave me the utmost patience and positive attitude while moving me in. I lived here for about 1.5 years. The area is quiet and I always felt safe. You cannot beat the rent for the amount of space you have. I renewed my lease once and it only went up about $50, I only moved due to work commitments.
