I moved here in December 2025. I used to live here about 10 years ago. It was before they renovated. I had slight issues before moving in but the manager Liz worked it out. As of today, I have a couple of concerns BUT I will be updating my experience so my actual experience - TBD I do want it noted, I moved here because I missed having a front and back door, a patio, and not having upstairs neighbors. I saw the other reviews about roaches and etc but by the grace of God 🙏, I haven't seen that.
It's amazing what a full 180 new management will do ever since the old staff have left massive improvements have been made maintenance has gotten on multiple leaks in units they have hired new people and maintenance have gotten a lot better obviously everything before was a management problem yeah there's definitely still a bit of a trash issue around the community and the kids are a tad obnoxious but again kids will be kids just glad enough people spoke up to corporate and finally pressed affirmative action after around 6 y... read more
I live here. Great place overall, not so many issues. I wish neighbors didn't smoke so much weed to the point that I can smell inside my apartment. I also wish people on Sesco Drive wasn't so damn nosey always on everybody's business. Other then that, decent place.
if i could give this place zero stars i would. don’t get me wrong the staff is super nice, it’s the pest INFESTATION. i’ve been living here almost three years. this past year the roach infestation has gone ballistic, i would always see a few here or there but now it’s multiple, everywhere. i’ve tried everything and it seems to be getting worse. having their pest control come out here doesn’t help at all. i even went online and ordered the spray that stops them from reproducing. everything i’ve tried, and i see more of them e... read more
I have been a tenant for almost 2 years and ever since I moved here, it’s been one thing after another! I will not be renewing my lease!!!
