Their office is divided into two sides. One side for exams and the other for frames. The exam side is fine. The frames side is where the problems arise. For example... I went to Buckner Vision on 9/13/2013 to drop off my frames to be prescribed. I was charged $39. It didn't dawn on me that the amount seemed incorrect until I got home. I viewed my insurance benefits and my copay for lens and frames is $10 each. The staff was very nice and help full they helped me pick out the glasses that I was happy with and with in my budget. will be back.
