Came and left without finishing the job. We paid in full and more then the quote by thousands, I highly don't recommend this company they were completely and utterly unprofessional... I am completely and astonished, this is America's 60 + years....
WHATEVER YOU DO DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY The absolute worst company I have ever done business with. Paid $3,700 for a 20 gallon pressure tank and a 1/2 hp submersible installed. Apparently, there’s a leak in between the two lines and instead of fixing it while they were here and had plenty of time left in the day they left it and never planned to come back and fix it. when I called the office to talk about it, they rudely came up with excuses and then told me to call another company. I have a newborn at home with no water.
Recently got a shower and hot water heater installed, and both projects went very well. We have used Buckner Plumbing for many years, and have always been satisfied. Easy to deal with, professional and and reliable.
They did a great job, like always! Fair price, and great service!
The only intentions this company has is to do the least as possible but charge you the most. They do not stand behind their work. They take advantage of people. Will never let them recommend anything for me ever again. Very disappointed with them in a whole. Bad people. Use them if you have money to throw away ...
