Recently got a shower and hot water heater installed, and both projects went very well. We have used Buckner Plumbing for many years, and have always been satisfied. Easy to deal with, professional and and reliable.

The only intentions this company has is to do the least as possible but charge you the most. They do not stand behind their work. They take advantage of people. Will never let them recommend anything for me ever again. Very disappointed with them in a whole. Bad people. Use them if you have money to throw away ...
Caught tech in several lies when they come to install a hot water heater. He left when asked about the discrepancy and said find someone else to do it. Contacted management and she just covered for the tech saying he just missed. This was the second time in two years they have been to my home for the same problem and she stated the first guy missed it also. Just wanted to upsell.
The crew was clean courteous and professional.
