There’s a reason the rooms are so cheap. Thin walls, tiny rooms, loud plumbing. I will gladly pay a premium to not experience this again. we were here there were non stop screaming children and running for hours on end on the roof and the first floor. the customer service line did nothing to help since it’s an ai chat bot. for some reason they allow parties upstairs and to host parties? Our hotel experience was really great! The building itself is really cool and in a great spot. It even has a rooftop lounge! The ONLY thing that was a little inconvenient was the bathroom door not closing all of the way, but I understand it’s a very old building.
I had a fantastic stay here and would definitely book again in a heartbeat! The space was spotlessly clean and cutely decorated, and accessing both the lobby and the room was completely seamless. Even though there is no on-site staff, the virtual support team was super helpful and quick to respond to any questions. I really appreciated the thoughtful touches like the provided eye masks and earplugs, and the AC was a lifesaver in the summer heat. What a gem we've found in downtown San Diego. The rooms are fresh and have character. The supplies are plentiful and comfortable. The cozy quaint rooms are unique and clean. We found parking a few blocks away and never needed our car all week due to the great location. (Park it on market garage). We felt safe and slept really well. Thank you!
I honestly really enjoyed my stay here. From the moment I arrived, the staff were so friendly and welcoming, which immediately made me feel comfortable.
