Very unique operation.no front desk, all done via keycodes.Great rooftop space for morning coffee or nightcap drink. HINT- use avenue G to reach Gaslamp and Harbor. Lots of homeless on F . Would stay again!
I stayed here last night and it was tranquil, relaxing and comfortable. The showers were steamy and the beds were Memory Foam. So you just sunk right into to a wonderful sleep. I recommend this hotel to everyone, of all ages. The prices were great as well.
I had an interesting experience here. Disregarding all the trouble I was put through with a cancellation and rebooking that was unknown to me until a few days before, I also did not recieve any emails with a reminder to check in before my stay. In addition, I did not receive information on how to check in. Since there is no front desk, I was in the dark until I manually logged into my reservation and searched for the codes to enter the space and my room.
