This is the place to be! I'm so glad that we found Buckman Vet. Our Australian Shepherd takes some time to be comfortable with strangers but fell in with this crowd right away. We were prepared to spend over $1500 but they didn't take advantage and do anything unnecessarily and we spent 1/3 of that! Fear free. Friendly. Knowledgeable. Honest. We give them paws up!
They are always very caring...as if your pet is one of their family.

I just called asking if we could be seen at Buckman for an emergency UTI with my sister's cat. Even though they were booked, they didn't immediately turn us away and even provided advice and gave us honest options for treatment. We aren't current clients, but they still took the time out of their busy Friday to make our situation a priority during our phone call. bad bad location. no parking lot or place to park your car. Its annoying that you can't park in front of the building. Also to many homeless people hang out around there. people might be nice but because it has no parking and don't care for the neighborhood.
Best doggy experience ever, my dog came home spayed and happy! she's not even typically a very friendly dog, but she loves Buckman and their staff!
the people at Buckman Vet clearly care very deeply for the animals they care for. they do everything in their power to make sure our animals feel safe and happy at the vet, and I've never felt like they were trying to upsell me or pressure into anything unnecessary. we love Dr Valori and all the staff!
Fantastically friendly and professional staff! Dr Johnson and her great team are SO enthusiastic and clearly care deeply about their furry clients and the humans that love them! I see them both for my personal pets (Loki Licky Leapy, Ruby and Piper) as well as sending our rescue furbabies from Street Savvy Dog Rescue there for exams, dentals and other procedures.
