I went to Buckley's today as a first time kayaker. Being heavier, I was worried about not being able to fit in a kayak or have one that still floated when I got into it!! My friend and I called before hand and asked them about our concerns, which we were told to come down and check the kayaks out and plan B would to be getting a canoe. Once we got there, the staff had two Anglers waiting for us and let us check them out, explained why these would be the best for us and what not. Heck yeah!! Our favorite place to go with the kids! See lots of wildlife and can get out and swim too!
I love the staff at Buckley's.. They taxi me to a get out point, as I have my own boat, for a reasonable price. They are very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable on river conditions.. I drive over an hour to get there.. Best livery in the area!!
