No leadership there at that store. Store manger is horrible. I work in customer service and I was shocked; furthermore putting down a customer was shocking to me! I recommend another buckle store.

The Buckle was recommended to me by another retailer to find a pair of jeans. Not more than ten minutes ago, I walked into the Tulsa Woodland Hills location and wandered around looking. There was an employee by the front door who never acknowledged my presence. Not one employee asked I needed help. I was in the store at least five minutes. As I was leaving, I paused for a moment to see if the front entrance employee would notice I was there. Nope. Nothing. So I left. … See more

Megan was PHENOMENAL!!!! I was super impressed by her work ethic, passion and spirit during our time there. She was energetic and always smiling. Those qualities are someone I want helping me! I am looking to go back for another pair of jeans. I hope Megan is working, she is GREAT! �
