Abril Ann is amazing, she took incredible care of us and was super patient. Total rockstar.
Went and tried on pants but my husband noticed you could see the reflection of me changing in the dressing room and you could see it perfect and let a sales person know and she looked at him crazy. The fact that this is the floor used is disrespectful and it's horrible to know you have no privacy and that the workers care less, never coming back.

Every time I shop at the Buckle in Northpark I always always get exceptional service. For the 5 years I've been coming to this store they are always so extremely helpful and eager but not overbearing. I was there this week and Krystal was so amazing. She had everything I had reserved online ready for me to be able to try on and continued to assist while I looked through the store.
