Every time I shop at the Buckle in Northpark I always always get exceptional service. For the 5 years I've been coming to this store they are always so extremely helpful and eager but not overbearing. I was there this week and Krystal was so amazing. Came to Buckle in search of jeans and got the best service! Emily was patient and helped me to try on multiple pairs until I found some that worked for me. Truly appreciate the customer service and quality product. Will be back!
Visiting from Brownsville, TX with my family. We stopped by and customer service was 💯 the way it should be. Ricky, was the employee that helped us with any questions my kids had about some jeans. 3 kids tried on jeans and Ricky continued to come back with different suggestions and jean style/cut.
