This was my first time at this specific Buckle. Addison helped me find and pick out exactly what I was looking for. He went way above and beyond. I've shopped at Buckle for years and love the store, and this may be the best customer service I've ever had! Will definitely be back!
The worst service I have ever experienced. My son & I stood there and clearly we needed help. We both asked a young lady for help and looked at my son up and down then walked away. That's not including other staff members who were more worried about flirting with customers or folding clothes. If I could rate this store a zero I would.
