I will always go back to Longview and not Tyler for a reason. Me and my son were in Tyler looking at their Hey Dudes and not one person bothered to come up to us and see if we needed any help. Was in there for roughly 5 minutes. As we were leaving I told my son we would just order from Longview since we couldn’t get any help here with sizes and one of the employees said “OKAY”
I have been a customer here for several years and I always have the greatest customer service . Alyssa always helps me and knows what my kids like and prefer she is the greatest ! I recently went to another store and realized that I will only shop in Tyler due to the best customer service ever . Also their store is very organized and when you ask for something the staff always know right where to find it as in other locations it is a treasure hunt and if the computer says they have it well good luck finding it .
