I recently visited Buckle at Ross Park Mall for the first time. The store is a bit on the smaller side, which can make it feel crowded at times. However, the staff were super friendly and ready to help with recommendations and any questions I had. I noticed that finding plus sizes like XL in-store was a bit tricky, but they do offer those sizes for online orders. Emily is absolutely amazing! She has helped me the last two times I’ve been in Buckle, finding jeans for both me and my girlfriend, and she went above and beyond each time. This review is long overdue, but I want to recognize the exceptional service I received at The Buckle at Ross Park Mall. After having my first child, I struggled with my postpartum body and couldn't find jeans that fit. Took my daughter to Buckle because she loves their T-shirts—and she ended up picking out an Affliction tee she loved. We were able to use a veterans discount, which was a great bonus! The staff was super helpful, even helping us track down a shirt I was thinking about for myself. The store was clean, organized, and honestly had way cuter clothes than I remembered. I’ll definitely be going back… and not just for my daughter!
