Emily is absolutely amazing! She has helped me the last two times I’ve been in Buckle, finding jeans for both me and my girlfriend, and she went above and beyond each time. This review is long overdue, but I want to recognize the exceptional service I received at The Buckle at Ross Park Mall. After having my first child, I struggled with my postpartum body and couldn't find jeans that fit. Feeling discouraged after visiting several stores, I entered Buckle and was warmly greeted by Kelsey and Alissa. Took my daughter to Buckle because she loves their T-shirts—and she ended up picking out an Affliction tee she loved. We were able to use a veterans discount, which was a great bonus! The staff was super helpful, even helping us track down a shirt I was thinking about for myself. The store was clean, organized, and honestly had way cuter clothes than I remembered. I’ll definitely be going back… and not just for my daughter!
The staff here are absolutely incredible, so friendly, so engaging and so helpful. I made a quick trip in today and was immediately greeted with a smile and an offer to help find what I needed. As I shopped, multiple employees made a point to converse with me. Not only do y’all have a great selection of apparel, footwear and accessories, but you’ve got some incredible people working there as well. Thanks for being a true standout in the retail space!
