The staff here are absolutely incredible, so friendly, so engaging and so helpful. I made a quick trip in today and was immediately greeted with a smile and an offer to help find what I needed. As I shopped, multiple employees made a point to converse with me. Not only do y’all have a great selection of apparel, footwear and accessories, but you’ve got some incredible people working there as well. Thanks for being a true standout in the retail space!
The jeans at this store are just perfect for curvy girls! Long story made short: I don't live anywhere near a Buckle. I ordered jeans online from here previously because of the good reviews, loved them! Now, I just happened to be traveling to Pittsburgh, found the store, and it was the best experience! I had such a fantastic experience at Buckle, all thanks to the incredibly helpful staff especially Callie Holcomb! From the moment I walked in, they were right there to assist without being pushy. I wasn’t sure what I was looking for, but the staff went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed.
