I love to bring my 2 sons and myself here. Everytime we have an appointment they are very courteous and quick also very knowledgeable. My sons are very comfortable with their dentists. I highly recommend.
Was a good experience great dentist
I’ve never had good experiences at the dentist! My previous dentist palled in comparison to this place!!!! Highly recommend Buckland hills dental! The staff is wonderful and the office is very clean.
Ever since I started coming here with my broken wisdom tooth they were easy on me. I've been going there alot lately between teeth cleaning, everyones is very friendly and down to earth! Dentist usually makes me so nervous, but every time I go in there the guy at the front desk can always keep me calm before heading into the room with the dentist! Been telling alot of my friends to go here cause everyones is so friendly and nice!
I received terrible customer service and they were very rude. This isnt a "fake" review. The woman at the desk has always been extremely rude to me. And now im being harassed by them telling me to stop posting fake reviews. Its 100% facts and clearly im not the only one who thinks so. They charged me $50 for missing an appointment because a family member passed away. They told me I recently signed a paper saying I knew they would do that and when they sent me the paper it was from 3 years ago. Appalling.
Love the people there!Had my first crown today and Dr. Ko and Dale were very sensitive to my needs and making sure i was comfortable.Definitely the best dental practice i have been to!
