Terrible new management company. Unresponsive and removed the phone number so you can only email which never gets a response. Awful! And, to be clear, there is no way to reach management. The main number advertised does not work, the resident portal has no phone number, and the online “messaging” system appears to not be managed because no one responds. It would be terrific to have the ability to speak to the property manager directly when there is an issue (or anyone else who is in charge), but that just isn’t the case. I w... read more

I’m really sorry to hear our Office Manager (Charles) and Maintenance men x 2 (Keith and Tim) are being made to leave from working here due to another management company. These 3 men are the best we’ve had. I’ve been here 11 years. They are Respectful, Friendly & Trustworthy which speaks volumes for me and a lot of other tenants. I wish them the best in their next adventure. Whoever gets them is so lucky. Thank you guys for all you have been doing. I’m praying God will guide you as you move on. Blessings
