Absolutely horrible. We rented two townhouses for long weekend, with basic expectations of cleanliness and hot water. We walked into the home with cobwebs, ants and no hot water. Hasn't been fixed till now, property manager very rude, refused to move us to another property that's available. Apparently, hot water cannot be fixed at all and the management folks are not answering. Very disappointed :((
