Communication and how to treat a customer. I purchased a yard of soil and I wanted to have it loaded 1/2 yard at a time. I paid an extra fee to have it loaded twice. I drive a tacoma and I am more comfortable hauling 1/2 yard at a time. I pulled up to the garden soil pile and realized the loader was unloading the entire yard. I could tell by the weight on the truck. I told him, I only wanted 1/2 yard to start and he told me they said 1 yard. Called on Saturday, they could have delivered the same day. I wasn't quite ready, so I had them reschedule for Monday. Very accommodating. Knowledgeable and professional. Driver moved my big rocks out of the way then moved them back nicely after dumping my compost mix. First time using this company. Will use again!

Great service! Had me in and out with my product under 15 minutes. Additionally, when the line got busy at the window, an employee stepped out of the building to assist the next customer in line. The employees are very professional! Would recommend this company to all!
I would not normally say anything but we had dirt delivered and when they called my husband from their truck in front of my house, he was doing patient care and asked if they would ring the door bell and ask me where to put it. They did not and our doorbell camera confirmed that. They couldn’t be bothered to get out of their truck to ask where to dump the soil. Made an order over the phone, the staff was super friendly and helpful. No bs sale and very fast delivery. Extremely reasonably priced delivery fee without excessive load minimums. I highly recommend and will be making another purchase very soon.
