I will start with we NEVER send anything back. However, all of our food except my sons burger was cold. My husband and other son ate their lukewarm sandwiches because they were starving. (The gravy and mashed potatoes were more gelatinous and solid than soft potatoes and gravy) I had a steak topped with butter and the butter wouldn't melt. Always always great food and service at Buckhead Mountain Grill.
So done with this place... it has gone to hell! There last night, they were empty yet it took 10 mins for a waitress to greet our table and take our drink orders. Everything was extremely slow. Took forever for the salads to come out. Rang our bill up wrong after waiting a good 20 mins to get it. Won't be returning!
Was there last night Oct 4 , the Bellevue location around 7:15 pm for my birthday dinner, wanted some place different, the food we ordered was not worth the money I had ordered the durango chicken wrap, it came to the table cold and was falling apart, my husband had ordered some of the lobster mac and cheese , it was also served cold and didn't taste much like there was any lobster in it. and for the price of 6.00. We called ahead and they got us in right on time even though there were two homecomings! It took a few to get our order in but once it was in it was so quick! And they were very nice and my burger was still cooked perfectly! Great job guys :)
